For Sale

So something I've been keeping under wraps is the progress on our new house. Evan and I agreed that we want to keep it a surprise until we are completely finished. We want to be able to make it just how we want it and then when we are finished everyone can give their "well I would have done this" opinions. For now its just mine and hubby's project. :D  *And I have to say that for someone who doesn't keep exciting secrets very well, I've done Wonderfully*

We listed our house in town yesterday morning (July 27th) at 10 am and we had two couples come through before 4. One of the couples came back for a second look after dinner and it already sounds promising.

It has been really hard to let go of this home. It's where Luke was brought home from the hospital over 3 years ago... and yes, I know that where we are moving is going to be wonderful for the boys as they grow up but this place has so many great memories.  I hope the next family will love it as much as we have! 

For now I'm focusing on the future and all the new memories we will have. Oh and all the work ahead of us too.. that should definitely keep me busy!

Summer!!

Ok so Ive been really bad about posting here lately but hey its summer!! I was going to post a follow up on our trip to see my sister but I guess after I uploaded the pictures to Kodak I deleted them from the SD card before I saved them to the computer. That means no pictures of the Arch on my blog but I can still print them off. O'well Ill just tell you about everything else thats been going on! 

We had a family reunion at Possum Kingdom. 

  

We helped with the Turtle Race for the 4th of July Celebration.

Tiny Turtle someone brought... he was to little to race though!

And afterwards we headed off to Lake Foss to celebrate with family!

And of course we did a little bit of tubing!
